Position: Assistant HR Manager

Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibility:

  • Development Plan Motivation in practice. To provide for the development of enterprise knowledge worker, this includes discipline, appeal, complaint management personnel to be effective.
  • Monitor, development the necessary plans and consistent with the strategy policies
  • Development organization as a learning organization and motivate people in the organization are learning constantly.

General Qualifications:

  • Male / Female , Age 30-40 years
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration or related field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Human Resource
  • Excellent in written and spoken English
  • Hardworking, discipline, reliable and good with human relations
  • Can work under pressure, good analysis and problem solving
